Alloy Personal Training specializes in personal training, implemented in small group sessions. Enjoy two free months of training, which includes a starting point session, where Alloy assesses your fitness level to build your program, and training sessions 2 times per week for a total of 16 sessions. You'll also receive two "accountability sessions" where Alloy performs an Inbody scan to measure your progress in weight and body fat loss and muscle gain!
